5th Degree Purple Belt

1. Stances:
   • Zenkutsudachi (Front Stance) (20 seconds each side)
   • Shikodachi (Square Stance)
   • Nekoashidachi (Cat Stance) (20 seconds each side)
2. Katas:
   • Heian Shodan
   • Heian Nidan
3. Combination Techniques: 1 thru 12 without partner
4. Counter Attacks: 1 thru 12
